Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Introduction
OnBrandify ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:
- Personal Data: Name, email address, company name, and other contact information you provide when requesting a demo or contacting us.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, including pages visited, time spent, and referring sources.
- Device Data: Information about your device, browser type, and IP address.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Send you marketing communications (with your consent)
- Improve our website and services
- Analyze usage patterns and trends
- Protect against fraud and unauthorized access
When You Request a Demo
When you submit the demo request form, we receive the name, work email and company you enter, together with:
- Your marketing choice: whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive marketing email, the exact sentence you were shown, and when we received it. If you did not tick it, we contact you about your demo request only.
- How you found us: the page you were on, the page you arrived at, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. While you browse, the website keeps these in your browser's session storage; it is cleared when you close the tab.
- A one-way code derived from your IP address, which lets us recognise repeated submissions from one connection without keeping the address itself, and the result of the reCAPTCHA check.
The request is passed to our internal customer system, where it creates a contact record and a task for our team to follow up. We keep it for as long as we are in contact with you about your interest in OnBrandify, and then in line with our record-keeping practices. Contact us at the address below to have it corrected or deleted.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use this website. It records the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, the referring site or campaign link), your approximate location (derived from your IP address; Google Analytics does not store IP addresses), your device and browser, and actions such as clicking "Request a Demo" or submitting the demo form. It never receives what you type into our forms.
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> to tell visits apart; they expire after at most two years.
We also use Google's advertising measurement to see whether our Google Ads lead to visits and demo requests. With your consent where it is required, Google may set advertising cookies (such as _gcl_au) and use information about your visit to measure and personalize ads, under Google's advertising policies.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you choose "Accept". Elsewhere they are on unless you choose "Reject". Until you choose, Google's tag runs in its consent mode: it sets no cookies where consent is required, but may send Google cookieless, non-identifying signals. If you choose "Reject", we remove these cookies, and Google's tag is not loaded on any page you visit afterwards. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage so we can honour it on your next visit. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or opt out of Google Analytics on all sites with Google's browser add-on.
The demo request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and behavior to tell people from automated abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
