Frequently asked questions

What is OnBrandify, and who is it for?

OnBrandify is the Marketing Hub for brands that sell through franchisees, dealers, distributors, resellers and agents: a through-channel marketing platform. Corporate builds brand-approved marketing once, and partners personalize it and run it in their market.

What marketing channels are available in OnBrandify?

Email, social, paid search, landing pages and websites, print-on-demand, personalized direct mail, signage and displays, and branded merchandise, all from the same brand-approved templates.

How does OnBrandify protect brand standards when partners customize?

Templates lock what defines the brand (logo, colors, layout, legal text) and open only the partner details. Partner data fills in automatically, approvals can be required where the risk is real, and every published piece is recorded.

Does OnBrandify support co-op marketing funds?

Yes. OnBrandify manages MDF and co-op programs side by side: balances by partner or location, eligibility rules, claims, approvals and reimbursement. See MDF vs. co-op advertising.

How does OnBrandify's SaaS deployment model work?

OnBrandify is software as a service: nothing to install, corporate and partners sign in from a browser, and each customer runs in its own dedicated environment, which we configure for your brands, partners, catalogs and channels during onboarding.

How does OnBrandify work?

Corporate builds brand-approved campaigns, templates and catalogs. OnBrandify gives each partner what's meant for them. Partners personalize and launch across digital and print, or corporate runs it for them, and results come back by partner, region and channel.

Can OnBrandify manage marketing for a franchise network?

Yes. Franchise and multi-location brands use it to give every location on-brand local campaigns, print and promotions, with company-owned and franchised locations in one network. See franchise marketing.

Is OnBrandify suitable for building materials manufacturers?

Yes. It's built for manufacturers that sell through dealers and distributors: co-branded campaigns, dealer signage, displays, catalogs and samples, and MDF and co-op programs. See manufacturer and dealer marketing and how to build a dealer marketing portal.

Does OnBrandify support variable-data printing?

Yes. Print templates pull in each partner's details automatically, and direct mail can be personalized piece by piece from a mailing list, with press-ready files produced for your printer or mail house.

Can OnBrandify support multiple brands or business units?

Yes. One account can hold several brands, business units and product lines, each with its own templates, catalogs, rules and reporting, and partners see only the brands they sell.

Can OnBrandify manage marketing for hundreds or thousands of partner locations?

Yes. OnBrandify is built for large networks: partners and locations are organized by region, territory, type and tier, and a campaign built once reaches all of them.

Can OnBrandify integrate with an existing CRM?

Yes. OnBrandify integrates with your CRM and marketing automation platform, so leads from partner campaigns reach the right place and revenue can be tied back to programs. It also connects to partner portals and print and fulfillment providers.

Does OnBrandify support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes, for corporate users and partners, so everyone signs in with the credentials they already use.

Does each customer have a dedicated environment?

Yes. Every customer runs in its own dedicated OnBrandify environment, set up and configured for that customer.

How is customer data isolated?

Each customer's data lives in its own dedicated environment, separate from every other customer's. Inside it, roles and permissions decide what each corporate user and partner can see, so a partner only ever sees its own organization's data.

Can administrators control which products and templates each partner can access?

Yes. Access is set by role, region, partner type and tier, so each partner sees the templates, catalog items and funds meant for them and nothing else.

Does OnBrandify support multiple languages and currencies?

Yes. Templates, catalogs and funds can run in multiple languages and currencies for international partner networks.

How is a new customer onboarded?

We set up your brands, partners, templates, catalogs and integrations with you, migrate your existing product catalog and assets, and train your team and your partners. Most of the setup is done by us, not you.

Can customers request custom development?

Yes. If your program needs something the platform doesn't do yet, we build it. OnBrandify is designed to be extended and integrated.

How much does OnBrandify cost?

OnBrandify is priced for each program: a one-time onboarding fee and an annual subscription, set by your program's complexity, catalog, partners, integrations and support. See how pricing works, or request a demo and we'll put together pricing for your network.
